Still Monday?
Feels like it.
I’m having a rough day today, so sorry if I’m extra cranky.
Too much in my life right now that I cannot control, and it’s making me extremely tense.
So… out of control, really tense, on the edge of freaking out.
This is going to be an awesome day!
ADDENDUM the First:
Went out to lunch with a friend. Had a small chocolate dessert. Came back and was able to schedule a massage therapy appointment for tomorrow. Things are better already.
Now I just have to get through my Photoshop class without the computers exploding.
ADDENDUM the Second:
This post and some of the following comments have been edited, for what are probably obvious reasons to those who made the comments.

No need to apologize. Some of us are cranky on our better days. :)
I do hope things work out. Reading your little motto thing in the corner, Cleverly Disguised as a Responsible Adult made me laugh. Now that I’m grown up (I guess), it’s enlightening, and scary, to realize that adults don’t really have it all together either. We just have to deal with stuff. It’s hard to picture older adults going through the same stresses, anxieties, and problems that we’re going through. But I’m sure they have…
Anyway, keep us posted. We’ll be here. And we *probably* wont’ sue you. :)

Fabu day - yes!

Thanks Shawn. I appreciate your willingness to probably not sue me. (laugh)
And I think I’ve always known adults didn’t really have it together. But I guess I was hoping it would be just a *little* bit easier when I got older!

But only if you tell me about the man in black! I haven’t found any references that make sense. You were just pulling my leg, weren’t you.Or not. I’ll just accept there’s at least one thing I’ll never know.
Thanks for your cool Hijack creativity. I really enjoyed it.

The man in black is the Dread Pirate Roberts/Westley from the Princess Bride (”Be careful! Men in masks cannot be trusted!”)
And hijack day was both totally insane and totally awesome. I’m just not sure which is first. :)

Ahh! Reference from cult humor. I’ve seen parts of that, but never the whole thing. My brother’s family especially likes it. Maybe it’s time for the DVD.

You have never seen “The Princess Bride”?
(stares)
Seriously?
You must not have any good geek friends if they’ve never made you watch it.
Bonus: Shawn Wallace also played Grand Nagus Zek on DS9.

I thought you had to see “The Princess Bride” before they let you on the Internets. That, and “The Holy Grail”
(stares blankly with Michelle)

Tom, you’ve never seen The Princess Bride?
INCONCEIVABLE!

Janiece, I sent you an e-mail to the account you have listed here–in case you don’t check that account often.
January 29th, 2008 at 4:02 pm
Thanks for letting me know, Michelle - that’s my standard “spam” account.

Janiece, I don’t think that word means what you think it means!
I’ve seen parts of it. Sheesh, you’d think I committed an inconceivable crime or something. And I thought it was Wallace Shawn. Gotcha, Michelle.
All this leads to the most remarkable coincidence. Read today’s entry in my blog to find out what.

It is Wallace Shawn.
I put my brain on backwards this morning.
