So, if you’ve been following the Sophie story, some of us got a little nuts and started an offshoot story over here.

Why? Possibly because we’re completely nuts. But mostly because it’s a lot of fun. Feel free to join in–just write fast!

I actually cleaned up and set up my dead blog tonight so that it could be used as a writing blog. (hence the extra pingbacks, which I neglected to turn off). The site is set up to allow user registration, with initial role contributor – although that seems a little risky in today’s spammy, hackerish climate! Using a blog for random Sophie stories doesn’t sound like an idea that will necessarily catch on, but if it does, there’s a spot. I just prefer them to live in their own post, not well down a skinny little comment thread – the OCD in me. ;)
