I&#039;m not so sure it &lt;i&gt;should&lt;/i&gt; be obsolete. It would not be a bad punishment for gross displays of muffin top and plumber&#039;s crack. And for manufacturers of spandex who make garments larger than a certain size. But then, I cheered on the Singapore government when that caned that little shit who scribbled paint on their walls.
