The matinee was $11.50 for the two of us.

Evening shows are of course more expensive, unless we go to the second run theater downtown, which is $4.00 any show, any time, unless it’s a free kids show. Which I would avoid like the plague.

And Grandmom won’t go to the movies. We’ve tried repeatedly to convince her to go. No dice.
