So in addition to getting video of some very cute twins, I also took pictures when my uncle and I walked around the lake on Wednesday.

I have no idea what these flowers are, but they were very interesting–and very popular with the invertebrates.

Butterflies really liked the bush, and this one stayed around long enough for me to get multiple pictures. I never knew they had blue in their wings.

There is a small toad in this picture. Really.

And I got some nice pictures over the water.

So despite being a short visit, we had a very good time.
