		<description>Well, consider that diet and exercise directly affect my stress levels and mood, I don&#039;t have much of a choice about &#039;em. :) Of course, I bet it&#039;s the same for other people as well, they just don&#039;t realize it.

And to be honest Erin, you&#039;re one of the people I tend to worry about. So yes, please remember that there&#039;s more to it than just because the doctor said so!</description>

		<description>I think the attitudes you have about diet and exercise are the healthy ones: Eat good food, food you enjoy; find exercise you enjoy, do it regularly. I think the problem is that between feeling stressed about whatever in life, we don&#039;t make food or exercise a priority: Food becomes whatever quick thing fits into the schedule, and exercise happens only when one is not too tired from the rest of the day. It would be nice if as a society we could somehow recapture the idea that mealtimes and daily downtime (which could/should include exercise) are important aspects of the day.  (I need to start by convincing myself of that every day, huh?)
