I envy you. I read an incredible amount, over 90% of which is technical.

That's my usual rate. This year - heh! About two books a month. I am almost done with Green - not sure whether I recommend it yet - and I've been chipping away at it for 10 days. Usually I'd read it in a night or two! It'll come back, someday, I'm sure.

Geez...I'm such a slug this year. I started off the year with a pile o' books from Christmas, a contest prize (yes, select my name, force me to read...) and several from your shelf cleaning. Think the starting count was 28.

I've read 11, plus one audiobook. But the pile hasn't gotten any smaller as I've made several sale table purchases as I've gone along. Think that puts the current to read stack at...29.

And Borders keeps sending me 50% off one item coupons, which force me to go into their store. Since they're next door to Target, I'm by there too often. Resistance is futile...

Impressive clip. When I took the bus or train to work I did a lot more reading than I do now. I would crank through at least a book a week. These days I'm happy if I get through one a month.
