   sorry, it was supposed to be funny. the comment spam i see basically looks like that, a compliment followed (or sometimes preceded) by a plug for some cheesy product.

   nevermind.

   Sorry, neither — it was supposed to be funny. From all the comment spam I’d seen around, that was basically the format– namely, a cheesy compliment followed by a plug for some cheesy product.
