We actually have a "multi-burner" pan, but he can never get the temp right on it, and can really only use the edges, even though it's cast iron. He's very excited. Last of the fall Georgia veggies are coming into the stores now and I've got to do something with it!! See, I knew Michael was a good person when I met him!
