   That looks like a creature who deserves treats and a chin-scratching. Why aren’t you giving her treats and a chin-scratching? WHY?

   1) Kat is a he.
   2) Kat has turned down treats MULTIPLE times when offered by Jeri.
   3) Kat generally doesn’t like to be petted/scritched/manhandled. At best you get a dirty look. At worst you get bitten–gently, but still bitten.
