One? I have to pick ONE “a few of my favorite things”? I could easily pick a few of those as favorites but if limited to just ONE, geez. How can it not be chocolate, but…
Milk: I’m happy with skim for cereal and cooking purposes. Never drink the stuff, though. Oh, except for soy milk, which wasn’t a specific option. I’ve gotten in the habit of drinking that almost daily, and often using it on cereal. Nonfat soy milk, except that’s harder to find in single-serve packages which is what I pick up for drinking. If more than one choice had been allowed, I would have added buttermilk. I drink that occasionally and also cook with it, again preferring lower fat. For calcium purposes (one of the reasons I use any milk product), one has to watch the ingredients list or nutritional panel, as it’s not in there naturally. Calcium is not in all yogurt, for example. (Wandering a bit here; I know this is about milk per se.)
Traffic? Isn’t that why god, the federal government, and the university made the PRT? i’m sure the traffic will be hellish but you can imagine my solution. PRT or walk. And rain never stops me from walking.

I can leave comments on the polling archive?
Also, why do all the end dates say “no expiry” ?

Because I decided to close them manually–so someone could drop by and take (and comment on) old polls.
I’m easily amused like that.

Only two choices on Dream Vacation?? That’s unfair. :p
Also, “educational cruise” to me would be called work…

Two choices?! I made twelve! Someone has stolen all your choices!
You wouldn’t *have* to work you know. You could just go and look at icebergs and whales and stuff.
Or what one retired doctor and his wife (in their 80s) I know did–they went to Antarctica.
I think all those things would be awesome.

No no – I see lots of choices there, but it only lets you pick two of them!

Oh. Well, I did say favorite. I figured that two choices was cutting you a lot of slack!

Umm… I thought you could pick multiple?

Well, darn. So I can; I hadn’t noticed. Can I re-vote, checking my other choices, without messing up the poll?
November 2nd, 2008 at 12:20 pm
Hmm. Your website doesn’t seem to have noticed that there has been a time change.
November 2nd, 2008 at 12:21 pm
I don’t think it will let you do that from the same computer. However, you can re-vote from a different computer.
And “messing up the poll” Really? :)

Ha! I re-voted from my phone. Didn’t double-dip with the chocolate, although I was tempted.

Y’know, I shoulda added soy, since that’s what my grandmother drinks. Silly me. :)

Can’t stand the taste of milk. I go the route of cheese, yogurt, and calcium-enriched OJ. :)
