What you can see here is that the Pulse sometimes got more steps, and sometimes fewer than the Omron. It’s showing you the steps taken during a specific time period, say, 9:15 to 10:15 and ALSO the difference between the Omron and the other pedometers during that same time frame.

This is showing that the FitBits were counting a significantly different number of steps when I was doing things other than walking. Essentially, I conclude that the FitBits counted steps when I was sitting still or driving (or doing crunches).

What this seems to show is that the FitBits and the Pulse counted steps when I was exercising and driving that the Omron didn’t count, and the FitBits counted steps when I was sitting still and standing that the Omron and Pulse didn’t count.

The difference when I was walking was fascinating. I believe that tomorrow I will have to wear all three pedometers on my belt, so I can see if that changes anything.

And, a quick look at the sleep data.

Sleep Tracking

I’m going to update this through the course of the day.
