This is also our fallback position when I don&#8217;t want to cook. We have these about once a week.<\/p>\n<p>1 pound ground turkey<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n1\/4 cup bread crumbs (or something similar)<br \/>\n1 tablespoon garlic powder<br \/>\n1\/3 cup onion<br \/>\n4 tablespoons dried parsley<br \/>\ndash salt<br \/>\ndash pepper<\/p>\n<p>Line cooking sheet with foil.<\/p>\n<p>Squish together with your hands until ingredients are combined.<\/p>\n<p>Make ~1\/2 cup patties and place on cookie sheet NOT TOUCHING. Depending upon the size of your cookie sheet, you may need to make another layer of foil.<\/p>\n<p>Place sheet&#8211;uncovered&#8211;in freezer for a couple hours. Once frozen solid, place into stacks and put in ziploc bags. <\/p>\n<p>To cook, heat frying pan on low. Add 1 or 2 tbs oil. Add frozen patties to frying pan, cover, and cook on low until done.<\/p>\n<p>Toppings:<br \/>\nCheddar cheese<br \/>\nAvocado<br \/>\nTurkey bacon<br \/>\nFresh spinach<br \/>\nRed leaf lettuce<\/p>\n<p>Serve with sweet potato fries, baked in the oven.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Michael makes this, because meat squicks me out.
