And yes, that adds up to more than 16. Because few books are just one category.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m still reading primarily eBooks if I at all can. 9 eBooks, 4 trade paperbacks, and 3 mass market paperback. And I&#8217;d like to point out that 6 of those re-reads I have in multiple formats. I really have come to prefer eBooks that much over paper books.<\/p>\n<p>Gender-wise, I read six male authors, three female authors, and 7 books co-written by a male and a female. My totals are still weighted a bit heavily towards males so far this year, but that&#8217;s mostly due to my binge re-reading of Inspector Montalbano.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;d also like to note that these books had some of my favorite covers, as well as some I really hate.<\/p>\n<p>Rob Thurman always gets good covers, and her <em><a href=\"http:\/\/klishis.com\/reading\/archives\/4458\">Trick of the Light<\/a><\/em> kept that trend.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/klishis.com\/reading\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/trick-of-the-light.jpg?resize=125%2C202\" width=\"125\" height=\"202\" class=\"alignright\" \/><\/p>\n<p><br clear=\"all\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And although I hate most of the original Kate <a href=\"http:\/\/klishis.com\/reading\/archives\/4419\">Daniels<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/klishis.com\/reading\/archives\/4414\">covers<\/a>, the reissue of <em><a href=\"http:\/\/klishis.com\/reading\/archives\/4399\">Magic Bites<\/a><\/em> is about perfect. As is the cover of <em><a href=\"http:\/\/klishis.com\/reading\/archives\/4455\">Gunmetal Magic<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/klishis.com\/reading\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/magic-bites.jpg?resize=125%2C189\" width=\"125\" height=\"189\" class=\"alignnone\" \/><\/p>\n<p><br clear=\"all\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The cover for <em><a href=\"http:\/\/klishis.com\/reading\/archives\/4396\">In Camelot&#8217;s Shadow<\/a><\/em> may be one of my favorite covers ever.
