{"id":12680,"date":"2016-01-03T19:31:30","date_gmt":"2016-01-04T00:31:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/klishis.com\/notreally\/?p=12680"},"modified":"2016-01-03T19:32:05","modified_gmt":"2016-01-04T00:32:05","slug":"hiking-wv-coopers-rock-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/klishis.com\/notreally\/archives\/12680","title":{"rendered":"Hiking WV: Coopers Rock"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We hiked EVERY DAY this year!<\/p>\n<p>Sadly, we go back to work tomorrow, so this trend will end abruptly.<\/p>\n<p>But it was good while it lasted!<\/p>\n<p>Location: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.coopersrockstateforest.com\/\">Coopers Rock State Forest<\/a><br \/>\nTrails: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.coopersrockstateforest.com\/CRSF_Map.pdf\">Advanced Ski and Mont Chateau Trails<\/a><br \/>\nDistance: 6.4 miles<br \/>\nElevation: 1406 &#8211; 2323 feet<\/p>\n<p>I am sorry to report that, aside from being the fastest way down to the Mont Chateau trail when the gate is closed, the Advanced Ski Trail doesn&#8217;t have much to offer. <\/p>\n<p>It was&#8211;kinda boring. Or as boring as a hike in the forest can get.
