So today we went down to the Mont Chateau trail. The creek was running really high.<\/p>\n<p>Location: Coopers Rock State Forest<br \/>\nTrails: Rock City, Ridge, Mont Chateau, Rhododendron Trails<br \/>\nDistance: 4.3 miles<br \/>\nElevation: 1497-2107 feet (724 feet gain)<br \/>\nTemperature: 68-72 F<\/p>\n<p>This is where I usually build my rock piles.
