{"id":17089,"date":"2022-06-16T16:45:14","date_gmt":"2022-06-16T20:45:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/klishis.com\/notreally\/?p=17089"},"modified":"2022-06-16T16:45:14","modified_gmt":"2022-06-16T20:45:14","slug":"travels-acadia-national-park","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/klishis.com\/notreally\/archives\/17089","title":{"rendered":"Travels: Acadia National Park"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Since we were in the area for several days, we had lots of time to explore <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nps.gov\/acad\/index.htm\">Acadia<\/a>, which was nice, since it let us explore instead of having to hit all the highlights before we ran out of time.<\/p>\n<p>Were the places I wanted to hike we didn&#8217;t? Definitely. But that&#8217;s true for just about every place except Coopers Rock SF.<\/p>\n<p>The first thing we did was (of course) take a scenic drive of the area. Failing to look at the map and a stubborn refusal to turn around are the answer.<\/p>\n<p>Of course I best liked (wait for it!) the rocky shores.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a visit.<\/p>\n<p>The drive on Schoodic Point was gorgeous.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a data-flickr-embed=\"true\"
