But excluding the first two years of the pandemic, my April reading was about average for me.<\/p>\n<p>April is a rough month for me, so it was almost all rereads. Which is fine, as I like dropping into stories and worlds where I&#8217;d been happy before.<\/p>\n<p>Does not, however, do anything for my insanely large TBR.<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly (to me), the books I gravitated towards this month weren&#8217;t (for the most parts) highly rated favorites, but instead were stories that hit a specific mood.
