{"id":1844,"date":"2007-11-09T23:01:32","date_gmt":"2007-11-10T04:01:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/klishis.com\/notreally\/archives\/1844"},"modified":"2007-11-09T23:01:32","modified_gmt":"2007-11-10T04:01:32","slug":"nickel-creek","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/klishis.com\/notreally\/archives\/1844","title":{"rendered":"Nickel Creek"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Just got back from seeing <a href=\"http:\/\/nickelcreek.com\/\">Nickel Creek<\/a> for their Farewell for Now tour.<\/p>\n<p>As always their show was excellent, but I have to say a part of me longed for the first show I saw: <a href=\"http:\/\/klishis.com\/writing\/2002\/Nov02.html\">they played in the Mountainlair Ballrooms<\/a>, there weren&#8217;t a ton of people, there was plenty of space to get up and dance, and they played for more than two hours&#8211;loose sets that they made up as they went along.<\/p>\n<p>But it was a fantastic show, and you should see them if you have the chance&#8211;before it&#8217;s too late.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Just got back from seeing Nickel Creek for their Farewell for Now tour.
