Too much in my life right now that I cannot control, and it’s making me extremely tense.<\/p>\n

\nWent out to lunch with a friend. Had a small chocolate dessert. Came back and was able to schedule a massage therapy appointment for tomorrow. Things are better already.<\/p>\n
