Heck, I love all kinds of foods with nuts. In a conversation with <a href=\"http:\/\/maybe-she-does.blogspot.com\/\">Tania<\/a> she mentioned a nut bread a friend used to make. <\/p>\n<p>She sent me the recipe and the source, which I discovered was in a cookbook that I have, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/0881505811?ie=UTF8&#038;tag=randomreading-20&#038;link_code=as3&#038;camp=211189&#038;creative=373489&#038;creativeASIN=0881505811\"><em>The King Arthur Flour Baker&#8217;s Companion<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/random_michelle\/3172629302\/\" title=\"Poticza by Random Michelle K, on Flickr\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3257\/3172629302_e914edeee4.jpg?resize=500%2C375\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" alt=\"Poticza\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The bread is completely delicious&#8211;I&#8217;ll definitely make it again. However, the directions left something to be desired. <\/p>\n<p>The problem is they had me roll out the dough, and then roll the nut paste on top of the dough. Unfortunately, the bread dough is very soft, so when I rolled the nut paste onto the dough, the dough became extremely thin, especially in the center.<\/p>\n<p>So next time I may try and roll out the nut paste and then put it on the bread dough. That may keep the dough from getting too thin when it is rolled out.<\/p>\n<p>Regardless of how it looked, it was very very delicious.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I love baked goods with nuts in them.
