I really like this recipe, and even though it takes quite awhile, it makes dough for three pizzas, so I can freeze two for a much faster result on other days.<\/p>\n<p>But everyone here thinks it&#8217;s worth the extra effort.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pizza<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/random_michelle\/3623754232\/\" title=\"Homemade pizza by Random Michelle K, on Flickr\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3638\/3623754232_20d629a702.jpg?resize=500%2C375\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" alt=\"Homemade pizza\" align=\"right\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nDough:<br \/>\n1 3\/4 cups warm water<br \/>\n2 tsp yeast<br \/>\n1\/4 cup potato flour<br \/>\n2 tsp salt<br \/>\n3 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n1 tbsp honey<br \/>\n2 cups whole wheat flour<br \/>\n2 to 4 cups bread flour<br \/>\ncorn meal<\/p>\n<p>Pizza:<br \/>\nPizza sauce<br \/>\nShredded Parmesan cheese<br \/>\nSliced provolone cheese<br \/>\nShredded Mozzarella cheese<br \/>\nolives<br \/>\nmushrooms organic turkey sausage<br \/>\nred peppers<br \/>\nonion<br \/>\n<br clear=\"all\" \/><!--more--><br \/>\nProof the yeast in the warm water. Add the honey, olive oil. Add the potato flour, salt, and 2 cups of whole wheat flour. Roll out the dough you are going to use immediately into the desired size. Sprinkle a piece of parchment paper (approximately the size of the dough) with corn meal. Place the dough  on the parchment paper, and then allow to rise for another 45 to 90 minutes.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/random_michelle\/3623763126\/\" title=\"Homemade pizza by Random Michelle K, on Flickr\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3360\/3623763126_bfec339824.jpg?resize=500%2C375\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" alt=\"Homemade pizza\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dough that is going to be frozen should be rolled into discs and placed into the freezer. (Discs thaw faster than balls o&#8217; dough.)<\/p>\n<p>When the dough is almost done rising, place pizza stone (if you have one) into the oven and preheat the oven to 475 F. You should preheat the oven at least 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add pizza toppings.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/random_michelle\/3622944215\/\" title=\"Homemade pizza by Random Michelle K, on Flickr\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3359\/3622944215_1043e93eed.jpg?resize=500%2C375\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" alt=\"Homemade pizza\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Using a cookie sheet or peel, slide the parchment paper and dough from the counter to the pizza stone. Bake 11 to 13 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Allow the pizza to rest for  few minutes.
