I hadn’t made this recipe for years, which means I’d forgotten that it makes more dough than my mixer can handle, so I made a mess. <\/p>\n

I also ended up with three pans, one I made Sunday , nd two went into the freezer for some other day.<\/p>\n

Unless you are a glutton for punishment, make sure you half this recipe. <\/p>\n

Sweet Rolls<\/strong><\/p>\n

3\/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
\n1 cup milk, heated to 100 F
\n3\/4 cup sugar
\n1 1\/4 teaspoons salt
\n3\/4 ounce yeast
\n1\/2 cup warm water
\n5 eggs
\n8 1\/2 – 9 1\/2 cups flour <\/p>\n

Filling
\n4 cups brown sugar
\n1 cups unsalted butter
\n3 tablespoons cinnamon<\/p>\n

Frosting
\n1\/2 pound cream cheese
\n1 teaspoon vanilla
\n1\/4 cup heavy cream
\n3 – 4 cups powdered sugar<\/p>\n

Half the time I don’t even bother with the frosting–and didn’t this time.
