My batter was too thick<br \/>\n2. The center of the griddle is too hot&#8211;slightly cooler is better.<\/p>\n<p>The recipe says they&#8217;re better the second day, so we&#8217;ll see how they taste tomorrow.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am going to attempt to make English Muffins.
