{"id":8514,"date":"2011-11-06T06:00:58","date_gmt":"2011-11-06T11:00:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/klishis.com\/notreally\/?p=8514"},"modified":"2011-11-07T20:06:10","modified_gmt":"2011-11-08T01:06:10","slug":"weekend-travels-c-o-canal-hancock-md","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/klishis.com\/notreally\/archives\/8514","title":{"rendered":"Weekend Travels: C &#038; O Canal, Hancock MD"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our last stop on our trip was to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nps.gov\/choh\/planyourvisit\/hancockvisitorcenter.htm\">C&#038;O Canal in Hancock MD<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I spent a lot of time in this area when I was growing up, as it is not only the halfway point between Morgantown and Baltimore, but because my aunt &#038; uncle lived in nearby <a href=\"http:\/\/pennsylvania.hometownlocator.com\/pa\/fulton\/warfordsburg.cfm\">Warfordsburd PA<\/a>. Except, of course, that was just their mailing address.
