If it is still attached to his leg, this is a bonus.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>As always, one of the best things about these stories is the snide commentary on society.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWhy are our people going out there?\u201d said Mr. Boggis of the Thieves\u2019 Guild. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cBecause they are showing a brisk pioneering spirit and seeking wealth and \u00a0. \u00a0. \u00a0. additional wealth in a new land,\u201d said Lord Vetinari. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat\u2019s in it for the Klatchians?\u201d said Lord Downey. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cOh, they\u2019ve gone out there because they are a bunch of unprincipled opportunists always ready to grab something for nothing,\u201d said Lord Vetinari.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAnd so into this land of sand-colored dust and sand-colored rocks and sand-colored sand you, Willikins, will march with your expertise in cutlery and your red and white uniform?\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith the gold frogging, sir.\u201d Willikins thrust out his jaw. \u201cYes, sir. If the need arises.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou don\u2019t see anything wrong with this picture?\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\u201cSir?\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\u201cOh, never mind.\u201d Vimes yawned. \u201cWell, we shall miss you, Willikins.\u201d Others may not, he thought.
