\"\"<\/a>The man was found naked, dancing, in a warehouse full of corpses. The government has him, but there are other people who very badly want to get their hands on his brain. So to move him across the country, they give the job to a disgraced agent–his last opportunity to save his career.<\/p>\n

I generally adore everything I’ve read by Drew Hayes, but this story just fell flat for me.<\/p>\n

It’s possible it wasn’t as good as his other stories, but it’s also possible I just really wasn’t in the mood for this book at this time. After all, I kept reading. I just felt like I couldn’t really get into the tale.<\/p>\n

Probably was my mood; I’ll try again later and see what my opinion is then.<\/p>\n
