The Tea Dragon Society<\/a><\/em> (2020) K. O’Neill<\/p>\n

\"The<\/a>This is an odd little story.
<\/p>\n

\"Tea<\/a>It’s about a girl, who is learning how to be a blacksmith.<\/p>\n

She finds a lost dragon and returns it to its owner, and slowly learns about tea dragons.<\/p>\n

And also slowly becomes friends not just with the dragons owner, but with others who have tea dragons as well.
<\/p>\n

\"Tea<\/a>It’s an interesting and imaginative story, but (and I can’t believe I’m saying this) it might actually be a little too cute, and a little too sweet.<\/p>\n

It’s very much about the power of friends, and that the true treasure was the friends we made along the way.<\/p>\n

I think it’s less of a story with a plot, and more of a small window into this world so very unlike our own. That’s not a bad thing, but it definitely skews to a much younger reader, and at some point I should reread this, with that audience in mind.<\/p>\n
