Ghost Light Killer<\/a><\/em> (2021) Dahlia Donovan<\/a> (London Podcast Mystery)<\/p>\n

\"Ghost<\/a>I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve read by Dahlia Donovan, but especially her mysteries.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, the mystery was off in this book for me. <\/p>\n

The characters and their interactions I still enjoyed very much. <\/p>\n

Dannel had a habit of never leaving or having Osian go without saying \u201cI love you.\u201d What if one of us dies? What if our last words to each other are something absolutely stupid<\/em>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

However, the mystery didn’t work for me. I kept wondering why people were acting as they did, and the motivations of the killer–and their actions–didn’t make any sense to me. <\/p>\n

And I felt like the police were being ridiculously lenient with Osian & Dannel (especially Osian) and their interference in the case.<\/p>\n

Yet, I loved the interactions between the characters and will definitely read the next book–hoping the mystery will be a little better.<\/p>\n
