After the Chinese discovered that their treasured dragon egg ended up with an English naval captain, they started insisting Temeraire be returned to China. However, Temeraire will not be separated from Lawrence. <\/p>\n

First, a major chunk of this book is the journey from England to China, giving this book another parallel to Patrick O\u2019Brian’s Aubrey & Maturin series.<\/p>\n
