From his first acting role&#8211;as a block of cheeses&#8211;he has wanted nothing more than to act.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, he tends to create stories in his head.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>A man a few chairs down stood up. He had to be at least six four and looked as if he were an underwear model who liked to stand near the large windows in his loft and brood as he stared down at the city below, a cup of coffee in one hand, the other pressed against the glass.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>When he is auditioning for a role, this is problematic.<\/p>\n<p>Also unfortunately for Josy, he&#8217;s demisexual, in a town that sexualizes everything. So meeting nice guys is a problem.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Xander apparently decided to use his powers for evil, because he said, \u201cJosy, isn\u2019t there something you wanted to say?\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Josy wasn\u2019t feeling very fond of Xander at the moment. \u201cUm.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\u201cHi,\u201d Q-Bert said. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cHi,\u201d Josy breathed. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cHuh,\u201d Dee said again. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cJesus Christ,\u201d Xander muttered.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Josy has no ego. He also has no filters. <\/p>\n<p>He&#8217;s very sweet, but I also found him annoying in large doses, which was problematic with him being the main character.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI\u2019m a Rubik\u2019s Cube,\u201d Josy said honestly. \u201cI\u2019m made up of rainbow colors, but they\u2019re all out of order, and you need to spin me around until I start making sense.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Luckily, the location shifted from LA back to Oregon, and we get more of other characters.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cDon\u2019t we have that thing we have to get to?\u201d Betty asked Bertha and Bernice. \u201cRemember? That thing we have to go to so we don\u2019t have to be here?\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat thing?\u201d Bernice frowned. \u201cI don\u2019t remember there being a thing.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat <em>thing<\/em>,\u201d Betty growled. <\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Oh<\/em>,\u201d Bertha said. \u201cThat thing. No, that got postponed until some other day.
