That Time I Got Drunk and Yeeted a Love Potion at a Werewolf<\/a><\/em> (2022) Kimberly Lemming<\/a> (Mead Mishaps)<\/p>\n

\"That<\/a>This series is very very silly.<\/p>\n

Very VERY silly.<\/p>\n

And full of boinking.<\/p>\n

SO much boinking.<\/p>\n

A few minutes and a smoke free kitchen later, I returned with fresh coffee and a plate of grilled cheese sandwiches. Not the fanciest breakfast, but it got the job done in a pinch. Cooking wasn\u2019t normally something I enjoyed, anyway. So the simple dish had its merits, in my opinion. \u201cOK, so I hope you like- WHERE ARE YOUR CLOTHES?\u201d <\/p>\n

In my brief absence, Felix had returned to his human form. His very naked human form. He still donned my frilly green apron, but nothing else.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

It’s also got great world building and fantastic characters, which is why I’m reading it.<\/p>\n

Brie is hanging out with her friends when she accidentally throws a love potion at a werewolf.<\/p>\n

\u201cOh, don\u2019t you patronize me! Are you out of love yet?\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cWe should add rocking chairs to the front porch so we can watch the sunset together every evening. How do you feel about the name Rowan? That\u2019s our first son.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This is a problem because he is a very handsome werewolf to whom Brie finds herself attracted.<\/p>\n

“He\u2019s under a spell, so that\u2019s dubious consent, at best.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

There is a LOT of omega-shifter stuff in this story, which luckily I was able to gloss over to get back to the bits about breaking the spell and destroying the incel cult making love potions.<\/p>\n

ALSO, there were many <\/em>kinds of rep:<\/p>\n

Physical touch wasn\u2019t something I particularly enjoyed. Looking back, I could think of at least one or two instances where my aversion to physical affection caused a rift between a lover or a friend.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I sighed in relief at not having to deal with any other social interactions. No more people for tonight, thank you.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

So not for everyone, but also delightful!<\/p>\n
