\"Two<\/a>Adam has just started as deputy headteacher at a new school when Robin is called out for a murder–this time at an archeology site.<\/p>\n

“It\u2019s not one of those routine \u2018found a body; we\u2019re pretty sure it\u2019s from the time of Cromwell, but we have to call it in just in case\u2019 things?\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cLooks unlikely. They\u2019ve had the doctor in.\u201d Pru\u2019s eyebrows shot up. \u201cTo declare that this poor soul really is dead despite it being obvious she must have been there months.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

On this case, Robin takes Pru to work with him–she grew up with one of the administrators at the site.<\/p>\n

\u201cFirst murder, assuming it is a murder. Seen a couple of RTAs.\u201d Thank God that was still the most likely way the local police came across dead bodies. \u201cI imagined it would be the same.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cBut it isn\u2019t?\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cNo, and I can\u2019t work out why.\u201d She halted. \u201cDitch me if I\u2019m being a sea anchor, sir. There must be some of the Abbotston team who\u2019ve got more experience than I have.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cThere are. And they\u2019ll have plenty to exercise that experience on, especially if there\u2019s no ID on our victim. At least you didn\u2019t puke all over your shoes, like Anderson did.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I really like the low-key war between the two local clubs.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo what soured things?\u201d Robin spoke sympathetically, appealing to the \u201cus males against the monstrous regiment of women\u201d side that evidently lay in Tuckton\u2019s nature. <\/p>\n
