First, I really love this series.<\/p>\n

She jumped in surprise but then realized it was only a spider dangling from a silken thread. The spider must have come inside during the day, looking for a warmer place to set up shop. <\/p>\n

\u201cOh, excuse me, I didn\u2019t see you there,\u201d Vera said to the spider.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Except….<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd we do have to visit Heidegger\u2019s tree before we\u2019re done.\u201d <\/p>\n

The raven nodded. \u201cHe does Mischief Night right. Granted, he tends to tell you the full history of each decoration, with citations, but it\u2019s always spectacular.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
