I thought it was the story lines about Bev’s sisters I didn’t care for.<\/p>\n

That wasn’t it.<\/p>\n

\nOr the rendings of Peter and Nightingale that made them look anorexic and over-muscled at the same time.<\/p>\n

OK, that was a problem, but it wasn’t the<\/em> problem.
<\/p>\n

\"Here<\/a>Because I love seeing more of Guleed. <\/p>\n

And the glimpses of Molly outside of Peter’s POV.<\/p>\n

And bits of Nightingale’s backstory.
<\/p>\n

\"Here<\/a>And I loved Abigail’s novella<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But these comics? After Detective Stories<\/em>, I read them because I felt like I had to, but I haven’t enjoyed them. <\/p>\n

They’ve been a slog–and one I kept putting off.<\/p>\n

So I’m going to stop trying.
