\"Barda\"I picked this up because I saw Ngozi Ukazu and want to support her in All The Things. So I didn’t know much about it.<\/p>\n

It was far darker and more depressing than I was expecting, primarily because my brain was all, “Check, Please<\/em><\/a>!” Which is 100% on me.

That doesn’t mean there was something wrong with the story, but I was not in the correct headspace for this right now, so take that into consideration.
