They are still trying to find the F&#8217;Dor who escaped to Sendair. Achmed and Grunthor are continuing to build the Bolg into a nation. Rhapsody meets the dragon Elynsynos, and learns more about Ashe.<\/p>\n<p>As with the previous books, my favorite characters are still Achmed and Grunthor, and I enjoy their banter with each other and with Rhapsody.<\/p>\n<p>Also as with the previous books, things were a lot more detailed that I cared for. At 697 pages, it seemed like it could have been shorter&#8211;I could have done with a lot less of Rhapsody&#8211;and her boinking.<\/p>\n<p>However, there were several strong points&#8211;the story went in several unexpected directions&#8211;especially towards the end.<\/p>\n<p>Although there were parts of the story that I enjoyed, there were other parts that I liked less. It continues the tale, however, and takes the story in an interesting direction.
