readers:<\/p>\n<p><a Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus<\/a><\/em> by Mo Willems<\/p>\n<p>This is another fun book to read with kids&#8211;especially if you can get them to talk back to the pigeon, who begs and pleads to drive the bus.<\/p>\n<p>He also writes the Elephant and Piggie series for kids, such as <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/1423133080\/ref=as_li_ss_il?ie=UTF8&#038;camp=1789&#038;creative=390957&#038;creativeASIN=1423133080&#038;linkCode=as2&#038;tag=randomreading-20\">We Are in a Book!<\/a><\/em> (I really love <em>We Are in a Book!<\/em>)<\/p>\n<p><br clear=\"all\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a Nona<\/a><\/em> by Tomie dePaola<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m a huge fan of old world tales, and this tale of Strega Nona&#8211;Grandmother Witch&#8211;is a lovely one that has parts of folk tales you may already be familiar with (at least I was familiar with). <\/p>\n<p><br clear=\"all\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a A hat peddler stops to take a nap, and while he sleeps, a bunch of monkeys steal his caps. The story is funny, but I love the pictures.
