This is Mr. Luparello.\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cWhat the hell! Didn\u2019t you die?\u201d Montalbano was about to say, but he stopped himself in the nick of time.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Not all the familiar pieces are in place yet, but most of them are: the love of food, his housekeeper Adelina, his sarcasm and snark, and the willingness to do what is right, even if it isn&#8217;t necessarily within the bounds of the law.
