I’ve listened to the Kitty books while I’ve been canning, which means I’m concurrently listening to the Jane Yellowrock books on my daily walks (why two separate series? Because Michael helps me in the kitchen, and it seems rude to make him listen to a book that he’s missed the first part of the book (and earlier books in the series), and again I find myself disappointed in the narrator.<\/p>\n

It’s not that she’s bad, it’s just that she’s not as good as some other audio book narrators, and suffers in comparison.
