Computer haiku error messages that I received in an e-mail years ago. (Yes, I know it's not really a haiku if it's not about nature. But they're still funny.)
Just because I did not know where else to put it should go, check out this really neat JavaScript clock. I have not yet discovered definitely where the JavaScript clock came from, so if you know, please let me know and send me some links.
Web Browsers
If you are still using Netscape 4.7 or Internet Explorer, and are interesting in finding a different browser to use, I would suggest one of the browsers below. Also if you are interesting in building websites, I would suggest that you download several of these and use them to check your website for compatibility.

This is the browser that I use at home and at work.
Opera
There are some people that love Opera. I am not one of those people.
Anti-Virus Software
If you go onto the internet or receive e-mail, you need to have anti-virus software on your computer, and keep it updated. Although most viruses target Windows machines, and most e-mail viruses seem to target Microsoft Outlook, you should have software to protect your computer from viruses, and you must also remember to update the software on a regular basis! Below are some website that provide antivirus software to home users.
Avast Antivirus Software Avast! 4 Home Edition is free for home users.
McAfee Home of McAfee Antivirus. You can purchase a one-year subscription for your home computer. McAfee frequently comes pre-installed on many new computers.
Symantec Home of Norton Antivirus. Purchase of software includes on-line support. Norton frequently comes pre-installed on many new computers.
