12 ounces bittersweet chocolate
16 tablespoons unsalted butter
5 large eggs
1 egg yolk
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons dutch-process cocoa powder
