This is a West Virginia cactus that I received in a plant trade with a friend. I thrives outdoors and survives in the winter, and for the first time has flowered.

For once, Kit sat still long enough for us to get a clear picture of her. This was an unusual occurrence, and we're not sure when it will again happen.
