Low maintenance rose in the corner of the yard. It’s got vicious thorns, but blooms all summer long and requires no watering.

This is the rose that I keep thinking about pulling out. It blooms profusely and with little attention, but the flowers all rot before the fully open.

Echinacia (purple cone flower) The bees love this plant when it’s in bloom, and the birds love it come fall when the flowers go to seed.
