Tasty Tuesday
Weather has been nice and cool, so I decided that not only did I need to use up the last of the summer zucchini, I wanted bread as well.
Recipes are ones I’ve used before, so I’m just going to link to the earlier posts with the recipes if you want to make them yourself.
I again used a combination of all purpose white and white wheat for the zucchini bread, since it turned out so well last time.
I screwed up and accidentally dumped the entire egg wash out when I was adding the cinnamon filling, so the top ripped in two places when placed it in the bread pan. I do not, however, expect it to affect the taste of the bread.
