Monday we went to the Denver Botanic Gardens. The visit would have been more enjoyable if there hadn’t been grade-schoolers running and screaming and generally being out-of-control maniacs on the paths.
But aside from that, it was a beautiful day, and there were lots of spring flowers.

Friday was an absolutely beautiful day, but I had to restrain myself and not walk all over creation, as I am supposed to be resting my ankle.

Hard to believe how many flowers were blooming in early March.

The cruise ended in Vancouver, British Columbia, so we spent some time wandering around the city. One thing that I particularly loved was the rose garden in Stanley Park. Needless to say, I spent a lot of time there, both taking pictures AND smelling the flowers.
