Tasty Tuesday
I am going to attempt to make English Muffins.
I made the starter last night. We’ll see what happens. (I hope something yummy happens.)
ADDENDUM:
Lessons learned:
1. My batter was too thick
2. The center of the griddle is too hot–slightly cooler is better.
The recipe says they’re better the second day, so we’ll see how they taste tomorrow.
