Tasty Tuesday: White Pizza
White Pizza
Pizza dough
12 ounces ricotta cheese
8 ounces mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
parsley flakes
oregano
2 cups spinach leaf, whole
I completely forgot salt and pepper, so add those in as well. (That’s the major problem with not following a recipe–forgetting the obvious.)
I mixed the ricotta, Parmesan, minced garlic and olive oil together with the parsley and oregano (salt and pepper should have gone here). Spread over the rolled out dough, sprinkled on the mozzarella and then the topped with the fresh spinach.
Bake on a stone at 475 for 11 minutes.
Pizza is ~280 calories / slice
