This weeks version of word association is in memory of Michael’s grandmother. Today’s word(s): apple pie
It’s word association time! I still feel like my life is on hold due to the ankle, so today’s word is: hold
Yes, it’s Wednesday and it’s time for word association!
For all the babies that have been born in the past week, today’s word is: adorable
It is Wednesday isn’t it? I’m having a hard time keeping track.
So in honor Douglas Adams, whose birthday was yesterday, today’s word is: towel
Don’t forget your towel!
This planet has — or rather had — a problem, which was this: most of the people living on it were unhappy for pretty much all of the time. Many solutions were suggested for this problem, but most of these were largely concerned with the movement of small green pieces of paper, which was odd because on the whole it wasn’t the small green pieces of paper that were unhappy.
Happy Birthday Eric!
You’re 47 this year, right?
Yesterday was WV’s Primary Election. In honor of that is today’s word: upset
It’s Wednesday! It’s finals week! The traffic in Morgantown is improving on an hourly basis! Thus, this week’s word: exam
I just like the way the title looks, OK?
Today’s word: dreary
Temps in the 80s at the beginning of the month, temps in the low 30s recently.
And with that, today’s word is: inconsistent
Here’s this weeks game of Wednesday Word Association.
Today’s word is: guitar
Actually, we seem to have breezed right past spring and went straight to summer, with temps in the mid and upper 80s.
But that’s neither here nor there.
Today’s word: tulips
So the reason we go to Cincinnati is because my friends live there: Susan, and Andy & Heather and their absolutely adorable kids (you saw the fantastic Natalie in the aquarium pictures).
And the other reason is of course Jungle Jim’s. Let’s just say I spent about $100 an hour there, and leave it at that.
Susan met us at our hotel. Well, actually she was sitting in the hotel bar, drinking Guinness and waiting for us.

Those of you who follow me on Twitter probably noticed I was in Cincinnati for the weekend. What I was doing was visiting friends (Susan, Andy, Heather & Andy & Heather’s offspring), and eating my weight in ice cream.
It was a very good weekend.
Saturday was gorgeous, and we all went to the aquarium. Although she wasn’t too sure about me at first, Natalie quickly warmed up to me (I swear, it’s the hair. Kids are fascinated by my hair.) which made the aquarium even more fun.
