I do adore the cover for this book.

Simon turned to him, eyes wide with horror. “Talked to me! Had b-birthday cakes and—and holiday parties.”

He’d begun to try and accept himself. Begun to try and accept that he might have limitations but it didn’t mean he couldn’t also have joy.

Don’t make the mistake of letting fear convince you that you already know the end of the story.

Simon didn’t like this side of himself. The side that saw others’ struggles—and how simply they could sometimes overcome them—and raged. Wished he could trade places.
